In the Elevate your Energy: A Transformative 4-day Online Yoga Immersion of Self-Care for Busy Mums we will move through:

  • Rejuvenate and rebalance – learn how to start the morning with an energising flow practice and get some tips on meditation for stress relief so you can find that inner peace and be more present with your kids.

  • Restore and relax – create a restorative yoga practice to support your nervous system which will release tension and improve relaxation. By using powerful breathwork you can reduce your anxiety and help regulate your stress throughout your busy mum life.

  • Nourish and nurture – build a toolbox of powerful skills of mindfulness, so you can create a nourishing routine supporting you in your hectic life as a mum.

  • Journalling and reflection of your day: Learn how to set clear goals, intentions and incorporate daily gratitude practices to cultivate a positive mindset. Providing a space of reflection allows you to become a mum that’s more in tune with your own needs and emotions, leading to better self-care, self-awareness and decision making.

You’ll receive daily emails with useful information about each topic which can help you create your own self-care routine. Attend our daily live sessions to dive deeper into learning ways to improve your well-being and reclaim back your energy and balance in your life. The final day of the challenge is an interactive masterclass with a Q & A where you will also learn how you can further your journey with me.
